Oklanona Exit - Johnson City
On Exit 28 off Interstate 26 (exit from the east) in Johnson City, bizarre things are said to happen. According to reader Brittany:
Brittany has tried this before, and says that it actually works!
There are two stories. The first story is that a man and a woman were at the end of the exit and got robbed my a hobo. The hobo stabbed the girl in the chest and the girl was about to die so the man started pushing the car up the exit to get help but they never made it. The other story is that a man and his wife was at the end of the exit and their car broke down, so he started pushing it back up the exit and a car struck them and killed them. When you go to the exit if you go to the bottom and put your car in neutral and take your foot of the brake your car rolls back up the exit to the interstate. It's said that its the mans ghost pushing you back up the exit. Some people say that if you do it long enough that the windows get fogged up and you can see the mans hand prints where he is pushing you.
Brittany has tried this before, and says that it actually works!

I have also done this. Some friends and I went out one night driving around Unicoi county when someone suggested gong there. We did it at least 4 or 5 times and everytime it worked. It was pretty scary! We rolled all the way to the interstate, and this is not a short exit.
Exit 5 on the same Highway has the same occurance.
the story we were told was:: that there 3 kids after prom.. 2 boys 1 girl....they were struck by a car at the end of the exit....they say that if u leave your car in N. at the end of the exit that the kids will push you up the hill from where they had been hit.....it really works...if u put white powder on ur car that u can see the hand prints on ur car....if u wait long enough ur windows will fog up.....u get the crap scared out of u but it is all worth while
me and a bunch of frinds went and put water and oil mixed and it rolls up the hill so its all riged it goes down hill from the bottem to three fourths of the way up the exit ramp
i tried this last night. It works!
we even got handprints! i didn't believe it untill i saw it. there were two cars full of people trying it, the car i was in it didn't happen the first time we tried, the other car worked first, so we started to try it a second time and still nothing happened so we waited and a car started to come off the exit so we had to move, so we started to go back home but then we turned back around and tried one more time, it worked that time, and it was really spooky, its something you just have to try!
My family and I also did this several times. We rolled up the on ramp each time. It freaked us all out. We want to go back and try it again!!!
No this is josh and i know what realy happend a school bus wrecked there because it lost its breaks turned over and the kids don't want you to wreck there
So what are the three crosses at the top of the exit for? The story we were told was that the school bus broke down and three kids killed and it is there spirits that are there? So whats the crosses and what is the real story? Whatever it is the going backwards up hill in neutral is true the father you go the faster you get!!!!!!!!!
