The Bell Witch
Widely considered America's greatest ghost story, the Bell Witch supposedly terrorized a family in rural Adams, TN in the early 1800s. You can read the story here.
Around midnight on May 11, myself, Todd, Stefanie, and Jason made a stop in Adams on our way back from Chicago. We stopped at the historical marker on Highway 41, and snapped some photos of the field where lights can allegedly sometimes be seen. We also took some photos from the bridge over the Red River. Nothing exceptional happened, but we did get a few orbs.

I was looking at some of your photos and one seemed very strange, now I don't know if it could be just a tomb stone but in the second from last picture it looks like some standing there near the tree.
Me, too. I found that too, anonymous. I was looking at it very much and just saw it. I think that'll be the ghost because not all ghost are white as a linel blanket.

it looks like a tomb stone,but in the first and 2nd pics there is a lot of orb activity.
there are too many orbs for them to be super natural and because these pictures were taken out side and in the dark it greatly increaces the chance that they're just dust, dirt, pollen, ect. the flash of a camera easily pics things like that up. althogh for a second i saw an aperition next to the tree too. but u can't automaticly asume it's a ghost. but it is possible.

I have just watched the movie "An American Haunting" and after reviewing the photos posted on your site, you can easily see a "ghostly figure" standing near a tree.
sounds like you guys need to really get around the Adams community and snap pics.... It is true that it is very hard to get a clear pic there. And standing in the road and taking pics aounds really weak to me. Grow some balls and wander around fellas.
I really didn't see anything in those pictures but i think it was pretty cool to go and take them. I wouldn't do a thing like that. Try taking some closer pictures
i am related to the bells. i just wrote a story about it too. the thing by the tree, it is just a tombstone. and i agree with the guy who said the orbs is just dust. that happens a lot on my camera
well i saw the lights l;ooks a little scary but not really find real facts
This is so lame. There is NOTHING in these photos. Don't quit your day job.
I think you need to get better photos
uncool pics. try to find a real ghosts next time.
